We will refund your payment if you're cancelling your service for the following reasons:
- You experienced downtime caused by our servers or network
- You are not happy with the speed or performance of the VPS
- Lack of timely response for urgent tickets
- Any other problem which we are responsible for
We do not provide a refund if you're cancelling for reasons like:
- Downtime caused by your lack of technical knowledge
- Technical problems that have not been brought to our attention
- Your service is cancelled due to a violation of our ToS
