My order was flagged as fraud. What can I do?

We run automated tests on all orders. Your order can be identified as fraud immediatelly after you place it, or it can be flagged later when we manually review all orders.

If your order was wrongly identified as fraud, please contact us and provide a copy of a goverment issued photo ID. This can be a Drivings License, State ID Card, National ID Card, etc... We need this to confirm you identity in order to protect ourselves agains Internet fraud. Please email the photo ID to or submit it by ticket here.

Do not try to submit any further orders without contacting us as you will be banned from accessing our site.
