What are the costs for remote hands?

There is no cost for basic remote hands services such as: reboot, HDD changing (hot swap), connecting cables and other operations lasting less than 15 minute. 
For all other operations that exceed 15 minutes will cost $ 60 / hour with individual charging every 15 minutes.
